My Server is still attached to someone elses account

Hi Guys

ive tried to add a new server to my account that i purchased last night.

i got it streaming today but when i go to add to my account it says server already streaming.

 

The server is on someone elses account.

im guessing that its their old server

 

ip is 94.76.247.62:28951

server name is now {A-O-D}Codleague

 

Ive set the server up and its running fine, i just need it attached to my account.
