What happened?

I went away for a month, and my sga is gone and none of my servers are listed in my server management. What'sup?

You need to update your server to reflect the new ucon profile.

much thanks, I made the changes....hopefully I got it right on the first try. Seems simple enough, just replace that one line......on 6 servers.... They are restarted and should be good to go....5 of them I think were setup before. I'm adding another soon. :)

Might want to check your account. I don't see any servers on there at all.

If a server does not stream for 3 days it is deactivated, if the none streaming continues it is removed from our systems.

Thats it, when the hub was updated, my servers stopped streaming. Now they are not in the system. The link provided in the previous post isn't working for me. What should I do next?

Click the AccCP link at the top of the page > Manage Server > Add New Servers.

 

If you have already updated the Ucon profile on your servers, you should soon be streaming.

Thank you guys for your help. After I changed the pbsv.cfg I did need to re add my servers. They are all streaming now. :)

 

Alot can change when you go away for a month lol.
