Floyd Posted October 5, 2009 Share Posted October 5, 2009 I am not having much success understanding how PBUCON works and/or how to implement and start it. I know this has been discussed and I've searched the forums and evenbalance but I'm still at a loss. I rent a dedicated server box running 64bit WinServer 2003 O/S. Among other games, I have an America's Army 3 (AA3) server installed. Punkbuster is running, taking screenshots, and using a PBBans pbsv.cfg. Server IP and gameport is: 75.126.77.38:8777 My server is not streaming. Do I need to run pbucon.exe found on the EvenBalance site? If so, where should I place the .exe? How do I start PBUCON for the first time? What should I use for the "myaddress" IP and port? login and password? I know I'm making this much more difficult than it really is....sorry. He wants to use PBUCON himself, not the PBBans connection. After a hard restart of the server box itself, streaming began. I knew I was making too difficult :huh: Thanks for the replies... Doesn't matter. I'd suggest to create a new directory somewhere and put it in there, since it does create some new files in the directory it's in (like PB's end user license agreement). How do I start PBUCON for the first time? Execute pbucon.exe downloaded from EB :P What should I use for the "myaddress" IP and port? login and password? myaddress ip is your external ip, the port is a port on your router which is forwarded to your pc (unless you're directly connected to the internet) login and password to match the same as on the server, where hostmask equals the myaddress: pb_sv_uconadd [profile_type] [hostmask] [username] [password] Thanks. :D ---- damn edits xD Edited October 5, 2009 by Squealer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
