our old pb streamer decided to leave clan with a server f*ck up. pretty much destryoing both our server and we wanna know if we can have him off our pb stream or acount w/e and have our leader to do it since he keeps coming back to hack in and change everything making us pissed off.

If that is the only application the person made on behalf of your clan, it wasn't a successful one! The road is open for you to apply in your own right as long as you can meet the Streaming Applicant Requirements

I've just looked into this further and the account is held not with cj_11 but with the other, I will look into and get back to you.
