Do pbbans recognice Vac bans as valid

hello can anyone clarify if pbbans except vac bans as valid bans of cheats and hacks

We do not recognize VAC bans. We only accept Evenbalance Punkbuster bans, MD5 Tool Bans, CVAR bans and demo bans.
