Can't add my server

we recently got this server and am unable to add it. i would say that whomever had it before has not deleted it from your system. i have it setup to stream, but can't add it to our account.

seems like it is registered to OL'DIRTY (11073), but should be with =XxX= Gaming (3352) TURD FERGUSON'S Fun House. can any help?
