Server stopped streaming

My GSP had a box upgrade, thus my server was down for a couple of days. During that time, my server automatically stopped streaming. How do I get it streaming once more?

Make sure the IP address and port are correct from your GSP and then use the hub setup tool again to get the server streaming:
