google fiber be slow when thay roll out the 1.5 gb connection next year thay are testing not far from here

no doubt network cards will cost a fortune in the future for speeds over 1000mb unless the m/b makers up the speed on the onboard ones

one wonders how much u pay  for the speed :P

what  would be usefull is if u  put the price u  pay a month  for ur home  connections

I  pay  £10 a month ( since I had my 10 meg connection many years ago) and the price has stayed the same just  my  isp has given free speed upgrades totally free went from 10meg to 20meg  then  a year or so ago 20meg to 60 meg and the most recent 60 meg to 100 (for a extra £9 I could get upgraded to 152 d 12 up)

What's the continued obsession with the price? Yes we get it, you pay an "amazing price" for your internet. Well done you. I'm sure if you take a look at Romanian internet you'll find that even your "amazing price" is highly expensive to their ISP packages. It's all relative and not really a relevant metric in which to compare internet services.
