The only accepted evidence is a streaming pbbans server with a md5 detection or a punkbuster screenshot. Black screenshots alone are not proof of anything. Please correct me if im wrong. Best advice would be to report him on battlelog and include the video url in the report. At the very least he will get a stats wipe.
