The player said to us that he is sure to be innocent and that i don't knwo anything about hacking.....

my question is what is came hook #120026? it's possible to retrieve a screnshoot? it's possible that it was caused by a program in confict with AA? the player colud be innocent or he surely make use of a cheat?
