fozzer Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 After a sustained period of none streaming team accounts are automatically deactivated so that PBBans tools / resources etc are only available to admins that truly support the anti cheat cause by actively streaming a server. Your team account last streamed a server on November 06, 2013. Normal procedure would be for you to open a ticket and request reactivation. I have activated your team account and your now clear to add servers.Please be aware that a streaming server must be added within a 14 day time frame otherwise the team account will be automatically deactivated, and the reactivation process will have to start all over again. I could not find a viewable roster on your site, this issue needs to be addressed asap to prevent any future problems if your team account is selected for a random audit that we employ on PBBans team accounts.A roster can be something as simple as a pinned/closed forum topic, listing every member that represents your group by wearing your tags.
