query regarding a ban

i was on my server when this happened but just want to ask a question regarding it :-

when the guy "vanished" from my server the console said it was a prior kick/ban .

 

now i cant remember him ever having it, so decided to check on here and lo and behold he's been caught out.

 

but was he caught on a server before mine or something as the prior kick/ban thing came up or was he caught on my server using a cheat ? abit confused :huh: :blink:

If you don't have enabled kicks for violations, PB adds kick/ban commands to queue. When admin/hub issues PB_SV_Kick/PB_SV_Ban/PB_SV_BanGUID, PB looks at first to queue. PB finds it there and executes queued command with reason prior kick/ban.
