anyone on the PBBans MBI (Master Ban Index) has their PBguid banned - with most IP's nowadays being dynamic its a simple task to change your IP - with that in mind IP bans are soley at the server admins discretion :)

we all know how easy it is to change your pbguid in ET,but PB will only take so much before a hardware ban is applied,pbguid is reliable but etpro guid or IP is not - its that simple :)
