server not streaming

I did the auto hub setup, everything said good I added 192.227.136.10  port 25200

 

when I looking in server management its says never stream

I need help with streaming to my server.   I have tried everything except starting all over.   It says PunkBuster Server: PB UCON Packet ignored "ggc"@31.214.160.253:3178 [].   I have added the new lines to my server config.   I can't get it to do anything.   I go to PBBANS and it says server is set up but never streamed.  Punbuster itself is running.
