Is there a time limit to wait for an admin aproval? (i have include my server and have no answer)

sorry for the delay. all approvals are done manually. i would have thought someone else would have handled it before now.

I'm trying to stream to pbbans from my BF3 server and I can't. I need permits or approval. Please help.
