I have added the following into the pb folder

 

pbucon.use

pbbans_hub.cfg

 

and made sure pb_sv_load pbbans_hub.cfg is in the pbsv.cfg, I then restarted pb and issued the pb_sv_uconlist cmd via rcon and below is the output.
