whatever you have done at your end .. there is no stream at all now from rep. or Hub :(

just took a peek at your server via hlsw and noticed:

streaming always works best when PB is running on the server :P in fact its a neccessity lol

now i know, my trickjump server config has sv_punkbuster 0, i change it for value 1 :)

all other leagues configs have sv_punkbuster 1, thats why sometimes it was streaming, and sometimes wasnt... :)
