Banned after clearing pbans.dat?

We had a guy in our server with god status, the same bug as before... He banned a bunch of people so I cleared the pbans.dat but everyone remains banned?

 

What do I do to unban everyone?

when you emptied it was it guid ban or IP ban that showed ? Chances are you cleared guid and they're all ip banned.... If thats the case you might have to manually remove each ip from the ban.

Where do I delete it from? I just checked and pbbans.dat and it only contains this:

We use rocmod-noble so I normally ban using /adm pban, instead of /adm pbban... There are not in pbans.ban either.

you need to do pb_sv_banempty and pb_sv_banload bofore the edited banlist will be activated

There is an other banlist for those comands sof2mp.ban there you will see the raven guids
