we changed our servers and ips. we was in new york but now we are in dallas. what do we need to do to get the server streaming again.

If tiberius is still an active member of your clan he needs to add the current server to the Team: Nuremberg account.

also you can get him to add you as a clan admin to the team account.

we got it working fozzer, where is the team account and how does tiberius get there.

exactly the same way as was explained in the forum pm he got when the team account was created ... i'll resend it to him.
