Server stopped streaming

updated punkbuster a few days ago and now my servers not streaming

any1 got any ideas

Make sure so the server is running the latest version of punkbuster

 

if thats not it check all the settings again

 

Hub Troubleshooting

 

If you have followed one of the above procedures and you failed to get the proper server response to the pb_sv_uconlist command, please use the following checks to verify all is correct:

 

check the latest version of pb is running on the server by typing pb_sv_ver via rcon

 

check that bans delivered via the Hub are never lost after a server restart by ensuring that the command line pb_sv_autoupdban 1 is present in your pbsv.cfg (this is part of the pbbans_hub.cfg by default)

 

check that the file pbucon.use is in your pb folder

 

check that the file pbbans_hub.cfg is in your pb folder

 

check that the command pb_sv_load pbbans_hub.cfg is added to your pbsv.cfg

 

check that your pbsv.cfg does not contain these (or similar) lines at the end of your pbsv.cfg:

;PB UCON Settings / Lists

pb_sv_usessionlimit 0

pb_sv_ucontimeout 300

pb_sv_uconempty

pb_sv_uconignoreempty

please edit and delete if they exist.

 

execute a pb_sv_restart via rcon

 

if your happy all the above checks out type:

pb_sv_uconlist via rcon

 

the server response should be:

 

PunkBuster Client: [Slot] [Type] [Mask] [Name]
PunkBuster Client: 1 1 63.171.64.245 pbbans
PunkBuster Client: End of PB UCON Profile List (1 Entry)

it seems after updating my punkbuster my punkbuster has stopped working again i had this prob in the beging

when i do the command

pb_sv_plist nothing happens

ive checked all the pbconfig files everything is ok in them so i guess its a matter of getting my gsp to fix my pb issues again

 

i hope i don't hae to do this everytime i update pb
