(step 4) Ive downloaded jPAT. created its own folder and opened a command line and browsed to c:\jPAT\pat_066 I then typed in "java -jar jPAT.jar" The responce was 'java' is not recognised as an internal or external command, opperable programe or batch file Any ideas........
