Key question;

Do you have full access to your servers PB directory ?

Screenshots are stored in the pb/svss folder and you will need access to that folder to view them.

pb_sv_SsPath "WE HAVE A ADRESS INSERT" //[Path where remote screenshots are saved]

 

Is "WE HAVE A ADRESS INSERT" the actual value you have for that line? Or do you have an actual directory?

 

Try changing it to pb_sv_SsPath "", that way it'll go to the default /svss/ folder.
