Server 78.111.230.81:28950 was not found

Hello !

i have my Server added to pbbans and setup. ( i used the WEbtool )

but it comes at check: Server 78.111.230.81:28950 was not found

if I go to Account-Management comming:

You must have an account at PBBans to access this area.

 

 

I logged in !

On the Account Aplication page i can not push "Apply"

(i have klick .... Terms of service)

 

what is my problem?
