Me personally i dont think i would change it. It gives everyone time especially if they just ranked up to make changes to any kits they have before the next map starts i know cus i do that alot if i dont like the way the kit is set up.

Even more so if you're running mixed games as players sometimes need to change kits/perks to match the map.

Kind of hard though if you don't know the next map in the rotation, Little server message I use is this

 

pb_sv_task 6 1500 "Say ^2MapRotation: ^5carentan backlot convoy strike countdown creek crossfire broadcast citystreets

pb_sv_task 6 1500 "Say ^5farm killhouse overgrown pipeline showdown bog vacant cargoship"

 

 

You can even bind it to a key (if you have rcon access) /bind F6 Say ^2MapRotation: ^5carentan backlot convoy strike countdown creek crossfire broadcast citystreets
