I checked all the settings, which are the same as when it was streaming, and they look to be fine. Sample pb_sv_uconlist return of a system actively streaming to PBBans: ->PBSV: [Slot] [Type] [Mask] [Name] ->PBSV: 1 1 64.27.21.46 pbbanshub ->PBSV: End of PB UCON Profile List (1 Entries) If the pb_sv_uconlist does not return a result similar to the above (containing an entry for pbbanshub), the PBBans HUB profile is not loaded correctly.
