IF you were to make an FPS what would you incorporate?

had someone come to me that helps out http://www.uforia.com/ and they asked this:

 

If you were to design an FPS game and take aspects from every fps game that you've ever played and develop a game that contains them all, what would these qualities be? So basically, what are your likes and dislikes pertaining to fps games (i.e. customized controls, crosshair variations, classes, objectives, etc)? Please include a detailed explanation of what and why. Thank You!
