New Member GUID in use on PBBANS

We just recruited a new member into our Roster, I have tried to add a custom greeting, but I keep getting an error saying that the GUID is already in use. How can I give him a custom greeting when somebody at PBBANS has already done so?

You should now be able to add the GUID to your TA for a custom personal greeting.
