Submit Ban Appeal doesnt work

Hi, im banned by PBBans (game:battlefield2) and i want to appeal.

So i fill out all boxes and click on Submit Appeal.But i get everytime this mistake

(Invalid security code entered) i entered right why dosent work??? Sry for my bad english :rolleyes: .

As you can see your account has been spoofed by a guy from Canada.

There's nothing you can do about it.

 

Search your computer for virus/trojan horses and remove BF2.

Buy a new CD and re-install BF2 again.

Security Code (Security Image on the App) should be fairly clear to read. It's 8 characters.

 

It should appear like the following:

I tried to submit a ban appeal but the side never accept the security code :(.

 

I dont know why ??? I enter the code 100% correct

Ok it is the best idea to buy a new battlefield2 game.

 

Aehm i have a last question i have "battlefield 2 special force" too :This game has an own key is this guid banned too?Has it an own guid ? Or only my battlefield2 guid.
