you have been banned by server admin why

hi i am just joning a team but whene i enter into the server it say you have been banned by server admin please help me

you will need to ask on that server's forum/website

 

if it is by admin, then it is a local ban

 

is it only on one server? if so, then for sure check on their site

Well, if the admin banned you from that server, then only him or another Admin can lift the ban.
