That is normal, it is just a control file (security reasons) that has to be present in /pb for pbucon (used for hub streaming) to work. If you can get a server echo for pb_sv_UconList (i'm a noob in BetaField ;p) post it here please. Another idea was to restart the server, with pb_sv_load pbbans_hub.cfg streaming should set in ...
