Using the methods EvenBalance and PBBans provide for you to do so. 4.2 Submissions of screenshots and demo catches by participating SGA will not be accepted unless your server is currently streaming to PBBans. This is a mandatory and necessary precaution to ensure that the screenshots and demos being submitted have not been altered in any way. 4.3 You agree that all bans that have been provided to the PBBans (both streamed and manual submissions) have in no way been altered by you in any fashion. in general: up to you what you use; game cvars have nothing to do with cheating in particular: these network settings (rate 5000 cl_maxpackets 30) where made as default ~2001 - optimized for 56k modem connections ... :rolleyes: fix is /rate 25000 and /cl_maxpackets 100 in console -- what should be possible ;)
