GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem
usually is a gfx driver problem, workaround:1. install drivers compatible to gfx-card hardware http://downloads.guru3d.com
2. Re-install DirectX
3. update pb (again)
1.2.3. in that particular sequence
...attempting to use stereo ...GLW_ChoosePFD failed
search all *.cfg in game directory for seta r_stereo "1" and change value to "0" - (note: this is no sound setting :p)
Removing all cfg's will fix as well.

Once you download this file, where should it reside? Do you need to add anything to your config files to have it loaded? When you are streaming is list automatically used by PB or do you have to download and update it manually?
1. you put PBBans.dat in /pb of the game server
2. it is loaded after server restarts, but pb_sv_banload is sufficient as well [ Read More ]
3. only Hub streaming servers can use autoupdateing of Banlist (live banning), if this is enabled, see: Hub Streaming HowTo
