I heard about this on the nesw today. The second set of figures regarding casualties is about what i heard. The news also said that the rescue operation had been stopped overnight. WHY?! People could still be trapped under the water :(

PB and PBBans are two seperate entities. If PBBans catch him, that player is banned from only servers streaming to PBBans. If a player is caught by PunkBuster on a server, that player is globaly banned from all Punkbuster enabled servers. If i miss-read your question i appologise, i'm tierd :)
