What I don't understand, is why does your league not have an account here? Then you would not have to ask such questions.

Disable it then on all your servers. Why use it?

I used the overlay in enemy-territory on my streaming punkbuster enabled servers. No problems. I don't use it anymore. My clan mates demanded we get Vent for league scrims.

No issues here too. Found it to be better than TS. But its free so no GSP can sell it to you like Vent or TS. Very easy to set up a dedicated server.

Whats broken? News to me.

I see some threads in a Anti-Cheat site about punkbuster AKA evenbalance being broken. LOL again. I wonder how many server admins read the manual at evenbalance associated with the game they use. I would venture to say not many. :0 Shocking yes. Many server admins do not have a good understanding of all the nice tools, and features available to them. Punkbuster is still the greatest tool to stop cheats. But sadly its full potenial is not understood, or not used by many that enable it on their servers. But yet these same admins will kick it, bad mouth it, blame it for all their game server problems. Without it there would not even be a site like this. To say its broken is bogus. To send useless tickets, and some petition to evenbalance is a waste of time. Why don't you visit evenbalnce today? In fact why don't you look at what the PBUCON is for. I know this will be the 1st time for just about all of you. Please check out the key words on the PBUCON page. One of my clan members was caught with this cheat a while back on another server streaming here. Before I started streaming here. I was streaming to another site. If he used it on our clan servers it was not being detected. I too, did not want to believe it. I noticed the ban and let him slide. He denied of course. Once I started streaming here, and learned more about it. He was banned from all *Evil* resources. He later admitted to me he was cheating. My bad for giving him a fee ride for a couple of months.

Set this up for viewing on our forums for two game servers. I also applied permissions for admins only. Thank you so much. It was quick, and easy to set up. Plus I added Peel's plugin. No issues. Awesome work Goose

It was looking good, till I clicked the forums button. Homepage is very nice. But the blue and white forums is a clash to the homepage. They should go together, a smooth transition if you will. I used, and use /rcon to start streaming. But the two files uploaded via FTP go in your PB folder. On your account could be a user password issue. the staff will have to sort, or help you with that. If you game supports /rcon This section is for admins that do not have access to thier servers FTP or when the FTP method fails. The following are the commands that need to be send to a server. I don't know mate this helped me. Stolen from the Evil Clan forums, who stole it from the wow guilds forum. Every guild's Ventrilo has the one person who talks way too loud (usually a young and/or drunk person) and the one person who talks way too quietly (usually the raid leader, main healer, main tank, or someone else totally vital to the raid.) But luckily for us, Thrux of Darkspear has come up with a handy guide to normalize everyone's voice on Vent: * Go to Setup * Enable Direct Sound * Select the SFX Button * Select Compressor and click Add. * Under Compressor Properties use the following settings: Gain = Adjust for how loud you want people to be. (I use 15) Attack = 0.01 Release = Around 500 Threshold = Around -30 Ratio = 100 Pre delay = 4.0 * Done! Thrux explains exactly what each of the settings does in his post, but I've found that his recommendations work pretty well. I've been using them myself, and Vent is altogether a more pleasant and quiet place. Now if there were only settings to get rid of the "I'm so high" dude ... (Stolen from my wow guilds forum)

My game servers are a public place. No passwords needed to join. Except a private scrim. My clan forums are also a public place. I don't drop F-bombs in public. Why should I have to see it in a public game server. Foul langauge just leads to verbal fights in a game server. Peace and harmony makes for good competive gaming. My 2 cents.
