As what slayer said, the cross game ban enforcement flag is "OPTIONAL" to streaming admins. Some have it enabled and some do not. It is up to the SGA and SLA to set this or not. For someone who thinks this feature should not be used at all is mistaken. I understand your frustrations, but do not take it out on us. EB staff were the ones who made this mess happen. We have our own set of protocols to follow and we did follow them to the letter. However, the decision to stream is yours to make, but to base it off of an optional feature that we provide, is plain silly.

The best thing to do is to open an EB trouble ticket here: http://www.evenbalance.com/troubleticket/new_ticket.php?game=bf3 And make sure you tell them what programs were running in the background in the last few weeks like fraps, teamspeak, antivirus software, Steam, any overlay program, etc. The more information you put in your ticket, the better the outcome would be. Always be thorough with your tickets or they will ignore them and only post their normal static responses.
