Instead of posting about the bans, how about tell Even Balance which programs that were running at the time of the violation and up to about 2-3 weeks before the ban. Running programs consist of overlay programs, teamspeak, antivirus software, fraps, etc. When people start posting relevant information like that, then EB can look into the issue more closely. Until then, there is nothing we can do as they are PB GLOBAL BANS.

Well, if he/she has a cd-key and plays on a PB enabled server, then they will be given a unique PB GUID. You can then manually add the PB GUID to your ban list so he/she does not join.
