We did our own research and found the S triggered that violation and removed the bans. EB did not tell us it was a false positive but we removed them anyway. Better to let a few cheaters go free then to leave innocent players banned.

That's true for pretty much all AAA titles. Battlefield, The Sims, NFS, Ghost Recon, etc. But I think EA takes the milking crown with The Sims though :P

If you're getting kicked shortly after entering the server it may be because PunkBuster is not enabled and you get kicked for "VIOLATION (COMFAIL) #133" To enable it you will need to extract the attached zip file in two locations (one if your running Windows XP).
