It is an ongoing battle, and there hardly is any winning/losing involved imo. Hackers make cheats -> Punkbuster detects them -> Hackers make cheats -> Punkbuster detects them. It's an endless circle :(

Are your servers streaming? It automatically changes to a normal user if your servers stopped streaming.

What Siskin said, basically. The hub has been having issues the last 48h, so PBB staff/admins have their hands full on getting it working again. You don't appear to be streaming to PBB either, so I don't think your in a place where you can complain about lack of support.. The hub is currently down, though. Read more about it here.
