As said above, only streamed-evidence is accepted.
If you set up streaming on your server, next time you have PBSS like those, you can submit them and they will be banned :)
Afraid not.
If they want to ban you because your IP was used by a SoF2 hacker, that's their call.
All you can do is point out that you have a dynamic IP address and that it doesn't necessarily mean it was you.
What is your MD5-check frequency set to in pbsvuser.cfg (if you run them?)
We've had lag issues on our BF2142 servers if we put the frequency too high.
Edit: And do you stream to any other AC sites?
scr_teambalance 1 doesn't work on our 'WAR' server either :(
I'll try adding set scr_force_autoassign 1, though.
Also, I could be wrong, but I don't think your supposed/allowed to wear that PBBANS-STAFF logo unless you are actually a PBB staff member, Coretraxxx.
Try updating Punkbuster using PBsetup and try reinstalling Punkbuster using PBSVC.exe.
If that doesn't work, make sure it isn't getting blocked by any firewall/anti-virus.
Did you try using the webtool? It's usually the easiest solution.
Also, what do you mean with pbsv.??
That the file is simply called pbsv without a file-extension?
If you followed the above steps, and the problem still persists, you can try changing some of the graphics settings.
Perhaps turning off shadows completely (if SoF2 allows that).
Edit: Make sure you are also running the latest DirectX
There are no PBSS of clean players on this website, only those who got busted.
PBSS are taken server-side, and the only way they show up on this website is when they are manually submitted by a serveradmin.
Make the required changes like you did with the previous server, and add it in your account.
You can do so by clicking me - Select your game at the top and click 'Add server'
I personally have not noticed any change in performance at all.
You used to be able to take much larger PBSS, but Evenbalance reverted that update, because that *did* cause lag.
If you read the PBSS guide in the infocenter, it has all the information you need...why shouldn't we direct you to it?
After all, that's what it's here for..
Anyhoo, ontopic:
800x408 at Sample rate two, is as large as it can get without compromising quality even more.
See the screenshot below for an example of this size/quality.
