Account Suspended Please Advise

My clans account has been suspended from pbbans and I am trying to figure out why and what I can do about it.

You were sent a forum pm on Jul 11th 2009, when a ban from Feb 2007 was brought to our attention re this clan member;

Jul 20th 2009, there was still no response from you so the team account was suspended.

 

Over 2 months later this is the first query we have had from you, and the banned clan member is still listed on your roster.

The evenbalance response to his appeal;

Note #2: We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed. It is at the discretion of the third-party ban list administrator to remove any ban given as a result of this violation.
