Cannot add new streaming server (178.162.133.119)

According to the application form the IP-Address 178.162.133.119 is blacklisted. We rented this BFBC2-Server fom Branzone 2 days ago. Why is the IP blacklisted and could this be lifted so we could stream?

Once Everson has done the checks on the blacklisted IP, if the server is free'd up you can get the user on that account to add it and maybe add you as an additional Streaming Game Admin.
