The possibility that screenshots will actually work, the sun shining and the birds singing. I suppose if it were limited to hardware/driver oversight for the sole reason of patches or troubble shooting, I could understand some need for a partial intrusion. But to shoehorn monitoring/selling a paying customers surfing patterns under the umbrella of a EULA is bulsh.
