Our server is not streaming

did you rerun auto setup and check to see the keep alive task is in the pbsv.cfg?

All none streaming issues are client side.

If there was a problem at our end of things, all servers would be affected and not just one.

 

The most common reasons we are see re none streaming BF3 servers are;

1. After a restart the server defaults to a standard cfg that does not contain the ucon commands needed for Hub streaming.

2. The PB task has not been set to send regular heartbeats to the Hub even if your server is empty for long periods (pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver)

3. Admin error (removed the ucon commands by mistake)

 

The first thing to do when any server suddenly stops streaming is to rerun the Automated Hub Setup tool again;

If the server is still refusing to stream, post back here and we will try to assist you further.
