Problems with streaming

Since 31th of march our server is offline.

Its a problem of our host. I made some tickets with no answer as a result.

Its not a PBBans problem so wont bother you guys with it. ;)

 

But the problem is that we havent a server atm. (since 31th of march)

This week we will order a new one at another host.

 

So my question is:

What do I have to do to get the new one streaming?

Do I have to do the same I have done with the old sever to get the new server streaming?

When I go to Account manager / Manage servers it says: 'There are a total of 0 server(s)'

Is it about the downtime of our old server that the server is deleted from your database?

Is this an automatic delete?

 

And I dont have access anymore to the protected forums. (SA forums)

I guess that has something to do with our 'dead' server?

When I register the new server, will I get the SA status again, automaticaly?

After a server is removed from the account, (which it appears to have been), you have 7 days to add a new one, via the AccCP (server management option) This will then be added to your account and approved by an admin here.

 

If however you wont have the new server details for a few days yet, the account may become inactive. At which time you will need to ask for the account to be reactivated by following the instructions and issuing ticket for reactivation. A staff member will then quickly review your site to ensure it is still meeting requirements and if it is, the account will be reactivated, ready for you to add the new server agaiin.

 

So really it depends how long it'll be before you get the new server lined up?

 

SGA status also goes hand in hand with your streaming activity, if you have no streamed server, you will revert back to a normal forum member. Once you're streaming again your forum account will be upgraded automatically back to streaming game admin with all the access that comes with it :)

Im gonna try to order a new server this evening.

Yeah it tooks so many days because of the reason that our host, RealGameHost, didnt answer our tickets. (They still havent done it so Im pissed now. Payed for it but only having a 'dead' server. And we really need one for FunGamingLeague and in future ATI League)

 

So if Im right:

I first have to get the IP of the new server. Than I will register it to gametracker, to show that the server is online.

Post the server details at our hp and post a reactivation ticket to reactivate my account!!

And after that I can setup the new server to stream with PBBans.

 

BTW. Account manager still says: Team status: 'Team is active' and Streaming Status: 'Team is not streaming'.

So thats how it is, isnt it?

If you get the server today and before your account goes inactive you can simply add it via the account management options once you have the IP. :) The reactivation post is only required should you're team account become "inactive"

Team is streaming

 

Can you or anyone tell me how long it will take before my status will be changed to Streaming Admin?

I just wanna post... "Server stopped streaming. What did I do wrong."

 

But just red another post about DDOS attack.

So that must be the reason than.

The kids still trying to annoy us all.

Its up to the good work of PBBans. So thumbs up to PBBans. :)
