Port for Streaming

I remember doing this a month ago, as I just got a new server this month and the port was 100 less. 216.246.109.115:25300 is our current IP and port and it looks like its working as far as streaming goes. Is that OK? Or did the port need to be 100 less so 216.246.109.115:25200?

For posterity;

The old school way of working out ports was the gaming port+22000, so if the gaming port is 25200, the query/rcon port will be 47200
