This file 'll be fat in future for sure and I hate big and not necessary files at my FTP..

 

So can I delete it or make it smaller?.. Is this just info for me or very important file for pb?..

lol pbbans.dat IS the PB ban file on your server.

 

It is what holds all of the ban information

one of the prime objectives of any anti cheat site is to make the contributing servers as cheat free as possible and that includes keeping your ban files up to date - this keeps your server free of any convicted cheaters and makes it damn hard for a convicted cheater to find decent servers to play on.

find the game you play click generate list then it will ask you this

 

Include MD5 violations

Include CVAR violations associated with known cheat files

 

checking these boxes are your choice but I suggest you check them then click generate list it will ask you to save or open click save then upload to your server =o)
