Banned for Violation Gamehack #81570

Hello,

 

Please what kind of code this one is? GAMEHACK #81570. I don't cheat, I have been banned without any reason. PunkBuster seems to be incapable to say what it is.

Here is all we have re global bans;

Global GUID bans are issued and maintained, exclusively by Even Balance.

Third party anti cheat sites such as PBBans have no input nor control what so ever re global GUID bans, so using the PBBans appeal system to appeal a globally banned GUID is useless for all parties involved.

We (PBBans) will deny the appeal made through our systems due to the above reasons. A troubleticket with Even Balance is the only thing that can help you. Make sure to add any information to it that you think will help your cause (don't forget your GUID). Also make sure that you have told Even Balance that your ban is a global GUID ban.

Instead of posting about the bans, how about tell Even Balance which programs that were running at the time of the violation and up to about 2-3 weeks before the ban. Running programs consist of overlay programs, teamspeak, antivirus software, fraps, etc. When people start posting relevant information like that, then EB can look into the issue more closely. Until then, there is nothing we can do as they are PB GLOBAL BANS.

Just to make things clear.

PBBans is a privately run, third party anti cheat streaming service with no affiliation to Even Balance or PunkBuster™ software.

Even Balance have banned your pbguid from every BF3 PB enabled server.

Even Balance staff do not have access to this forum section so anything you post here will not help resolve your issue in any way.

All we can offer is advice and that has already been posted up.

 

You are convinced Even Balance has made a mistake.

The only way to resolve your issue is via a troubleticket and open some sort of dialogue with Even Balance staff (preferably with some kind of proof that a mistake has occurred)
