Can pbban makes lagg in some circumstances?

I used to play on the server. It had no lagg, but since it had pbban installed, it has. Players are not all affected by the problem. Those who are in UK are not affected, but players who are in france like me, are.

How can i fixe my problem ?

Ask him if he is using cvar walking. If yes. Ask him nicely if he will disable it.

If one group of players from a specific country are experiencing lag and others are not, that would suggest to me a network / connectivity issue.

 

Run a tracert to the server and see if anything untoward pops up with the routing.
