Changing a clan...

I am using same server and stuff, just team/clan name has changed, how do i change it?

 

At the moment it displays : [

b]Name[/b] Unfallen Angels

Tag-|UFA|-

But i want it to display

NameKnights of Divine Might

TagKDM|

 

Any help :( ?
