Account Application, clan name en tag in use?

I try to make our server PBstream after all steps have done, shows that Clan tag and name already exist? This is what I see.

The following errors were found

 

* The clan tag you entered is already in use

* The clan name you entered is already in use

 

 

After a short check shows an old member of the clan has our old server also have streamed by PBans.

I can not under the same tag name and clan name, the Account Application submission.

Can someone tell me how we should solve this problem, the old server is no longer in use by our clan, this stream is no longer in use?

Are you saying that the following team has the same details as the clan you are trying to set up streaming for?

If so, you can contact Hobbit75 in order to be added to the team account. If they are NOT the same clan (and just share a name), you will need to change your tag a little (i.e. add a '.' after it in your application) in order to proceed. Tags and team names are on a first come, first serve basis.

I contact Hobbit, its an old clan member of Lotus Jungs and he added me to the team account ;)

I recommend reading the Starter's guide and other relevant guides in the information center.

Select your game from the drop down list, and click 'Add Server'. Fill in the details. It will be put into a queue for admin approval.

 

You then need to configure the server for streaming. A guide on how to do this can be found here.

Here's the easiest way to get a server streaming.

Download the .zip folder, and unzip it. Upload the two files contained with it to your server's pb directory.

 

Restart PunkBuster ([/rcon] pb_sv_restart) and you're done :)
